Bea Luchin

Bea has an extensive background both as a classroom teacher, professional developer, textbook author, and leader in mathematics at the local, state, and national levels. In addition to classroom teaching experience in Houston ISD, Bea is also a former member of the NCTM Board of Directors and served as the CAMT Program Chair in 2009. She facilitates numerous professional development sessions across the nation, helping teachers both in Texas and many other states sharpen their expertise. Bea is a featured speaker with the Bureau of Education Research and will be a keynote speaker for CAMT 2015.
